How to replace the fuel filter on a Skoda Octavia

Model: Skoda Octavia MK 2, 1Z - Years 2004-2012
Part: Diesel fuel filter

Before you can start, open the front bonnet of your Skoda Octavia. The fuel filter is located in the lower left corner of the engine bay. Begin by unscrewing and removing the screws that secure the upper cover of the filter housing, then move the cover itself. By doing this, you will have accessed the fuel filter. Proceed to extract the filter from its housing, and you will have completed the disassembly. To fit the new fuel filter, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
