How to Reset the Service Light on a Skoda Octavia

In this video tutorial, you can see how to reset the maintenance light on a Skoda Octavia. The first step is to perform maintenance on the vehicle, such as changing the engine oil and filters. After completing the DIY service, get inside your car and engage the handbrake; insert the key and turn on the ignition. The display will show the message SERVICE NOW; turn off the ignition and press the button located under the speedometer while simultaneously turning the ignition back on; when the service now message appears on the display, turn the button located under the speedometer. Now turn off and then turn on the ignition again to check that the reset has been completed successfully.
