The first step to disable the seatbelt alarm on a 2010 Skoda Octavia is to connect your PC to the car. You will need an OBD cable, which will be inserted into the diagnostic port of your vehicle. Once the car has completed the diagnosis, you can make modifications. In today's specific case, we will disable the seatbelt warning chime. Using the PC, select the dashboard option, navigate to coding 07, and select the long coding option. On the new page, select byte 1 and deselect the second option, which is "Seatbelt warning active or ready". Save the changes you have made and close the tabs.
