Removing Door Speaker on Smart Fortwo

Is the door speaker on your Smart Fortwo damaged and not working? Here’s how to replace it. Use a lever to pry off the plastic at the corner of the window on the door panel. Unscrew the screws on the panel with a screwdriver, and using a plastic lever, unclip all the clips around the perimeter of the door. Pull the panel away using your hands. Once you've located the speaker, unscrew the screws and remove it from the door (disconnect the speaker's power supply). Fit the new speaker inside the door; screw in the screws and close the door with the panel.
