To remove it, first, get inside the car and turn on the ignition; then turn off the ignition and press both buttons on the instrument panel simultaneously.

At this point, turn the key while switching on the ignition, and you will see that the traction control has been disabled, as illustrated in the video; by applying the reverse procedure, you can reactivate it!
