How to Remove the Rear Bumper of a Smart ForTwo

Model: Smart Smart 451 - Years 2007-2015

Before you begin, exit the cabin of your Smart ForTwo and head to the rear bumper. Start by unscrewing and removing the fastening screws located on the outer sides of the rear wheel arches. Next, unscrew and remove the screws along the top and bottom edges of the bumper. Once all screws are removed, the bumper will be freed. At this point, unclip and remove the bumper from its housing. When you have completed this last step, the removal of the rear bumper will be successfully finished.
