How to reset the service light of the Smart Forfour

If you want to quickly and easily reset the maintenance warning light on your Smart Forfour, all you have to do is follow the instructions in our new mini guide carefully. First insert the key and turn on the car ignition only. Then scroll through the on-board computer menu until you find "Messages and service". At this point, press and hold the "OK" button on the left side of the steering wheel. As soon as the display stops flashing, release the button and switch off the ignition. The reset was completed successfully and from the next start you will no longer notice the light coming on.
