These brief and simple instructions will allow you to reset the routine maintenance (service) warning on a Smart Forfour, as well as on a Fortwo. First, get into the vehicle and turn on the ignition; then use the indicator controls on the steering wheel to access the settings menu until you reach the service option, as shown in the video.

At this point, press and hold the "ok" button until the maintenance key warning stops flashing, thus resetting the mileage before the next service!
