If we have a steering wheel to mount on our Smart 450 car, we have to follow some steps to carry out this process correctly. We take the part of the steering wheel skeleton and begin to assemble the central part of the steering wheel structure, ie to form the normal steering wheel (where the electrical connection unit with the car is missing).
