How to remove the speedometer from the Smart 451

First, get inside the car and engage the handbrake. Obtain a Torx key size 10, as you need to unscrew 4 bolts located underneath the speedometer, as shown in the video. Once the bolts are removed, lift the plastic panel and replace the blown bulbs with new ones. Finally, reassemble all the parts you previously removed in reverse order.
