How to replace the pads in the Smart 451

Model: Smart Smart 451 - Years 2007-2015

In today's video we see how to replace the brake pads in the second series Smart. First, we recommend lifting the car on the lift or on the jack; before that we loosen the bolts of the tire where we will operate. Once this is done we can lift the car and proceed with the complete extraction of the tyre. We then intervene on the pads, proceeding to remove the worn components, then replace them with new units. Once this is done and verified that everything is ok, we finish our current work, remounting the tires and screwing the sealing bolts back on.
