Resetting the engine oil warning light on your 2014 Smart Fortwo is a task to perform every time you change the oil. Fortunately, it is very simple and can be completed in a few seconds. Just follow the instructions described here. First, ensure that the car is completely off. Then, insert the key, turn it to position one, and start the instrument cluster. At the same time, press and hold the button located on the left side of the cluster for about 4 seconds and release it as soon as the light stops flashing. At this point, the reset is complete, and you can turn off the cluster.
