Learn how to refill the water (or rather, the specific fluid) in the windscreen washer of a Smart. At the front of the vehicle, there are two grilles; in the one in front of the passenger, there is a small screw. You can open it with a small screwdriver or even with the car key itself. This way, the grille comes off and gives access to the cap of the washer fluid. It is better to use the specific fluid as it is a detergent and does not freeze in winter. A 4.5-litre container costs approximately £5.50 on Amazon, plus delivery charges. From here, using a small funnel, you can refill the washer fluid.
