In this video, you can see where the engine control unit is located in the Smart ForTwo and how to proceed if you need to remove it. As shown, it is situated inside the engine compartment, on the left side, and is accessible by first removing the boot floor panel.

Once this is done, disconnect all the indicated connectors to clear the area, unscrew the ECU mounting screws with a Torx T20 spanner, and extract it from the housing.

To install a replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.

How to Reset the AdBlue Warning Light on a Peugeot Boxer

To reset the AdBlue system on a 2018 Peugeot Boxer, follow these steps: Start the engine and ensure the vehicle is parked in a well-ventilated area. Locate the "MENU" button on the dashboard or steering wheel controls. Press and hold the "MENU" button until the menu options appear on the display.
