In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the door handle on a Smart ForTwo, a very simple and quick operation. First, open the door you will be working on, from the inside if it is faulty.

Next, locate the two rear screws and remove them using a Torx screwdriver. Then, grasp the handle, pull it outwards, and separate it from the door.

At this point, simply disconnect the lock cable, attach the replacement cable, and refit the handle by following the reverse procedure.
