If it happens that the engine does not start, especially when hot, it is likely a malfunction of the crankshaft rpm sensor: since it is unable to read the position of the crankshaft, the engine management unit is unable to manage the injection sequences; this sensor (spare part code 0 261 210 142) is located in the front part of the engine, practically next to the radiator: in order to replace it, the fan and the throttle body must therefore be removed by first disconnecting the relative sleeves; once the sensor has been intercepted, disconnect the socket and unscrew the relative fixing screw to extract it from its seat.
