The procedure for replacing the cabin fan on the Smart involves completely detaching the panel located at the bottom of the dashboard on the passenger side. Once the fixing rivets of this panel are removed, you can completely take off the panel and access the fan at the back. The fan must be freed from the fixing screws and the appropriate connectors; by doing so, you can insert the new fan, ensuring it is properly installed, and then cover everything with the corresponding panel.
