To reset the infotainment system of the Smart 453, turn on the vehicle's instrument cluster by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding slot. Once the ignition is on, press the button with the house icon located to the left of the display in the centre of the dashboard five times consecutively.

This will cause the screen to turn off completely for about fifty seconds. When it turns back on, you will notice that the settings have been restored, allowing you to reconfigure everything.
