Today, in this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the diesel filter on a SsangYong Rexton RX 270 XDi in simple steps. First, open the bonnet and locate the diesel filter; then disconnect the diesel inlet and outlet pipes and pull off the filter by unscrewing the lower fixing screw and disconnecting the electrical connector located under the filter. At this point, replace it with a new one of the correct type and insert it into its place, reconnecting the connector; before reconnecting the diesel pipes, check their condition for wear.
