How to disassemble the rear door panel in the Subaru Outback?

Model: Subaru Outback MK 2, BH, BE - Years 1999-2003

In this tutorial we can see how to disassemble the rear door panel in the Subaru Outback, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, we open the door we will be working on, then, using a preferably plastic spatula to avoid leaving any marks, we unclip the handle frame, the window switch panel, and the small central cap. We then unscrew all the screws that have just been released using a simple cross-point screwdriver, grab the panel from the bottom edge and separate it from the door. To mount the replacement, just follow the reverse procedure.
