Resetting the service light on a Subaru XV is a simple and quick operation to perform after servicing the vehicle. To reset the service light, turn on the ignition and immediately press the SET button on the steering wheel to access the vehicle settings.

Scroll through the various options to select the maintenance option, then select service. Set the next mileage for the service and return to the main menu to restart the vehicle, thus completing the reset of the light.

If the light does not reset, you can perform the reset via the OBD port.
