Let's discover the main instructions on how to disassemble and replace the battery of the Subaru XV key remote. First, we take our remote and start by removing the physical key from it; then we pry open the remote in two parts using the slot created, thus accessing the battery compartment, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove and replace the battery with a new one, of the correct type (in this case a CR 2032 3V); we insert it in the correct direction and reassemble the remote, checking the operation of all commands!
