Replacing the Front Headlamp Bulb on Subaru Legacy

Model: Subaru Legacy BM, MK 5, BR - Years 2009-2014

Lift the bonnet and insert the support rod. Disconnect the rear cover of the headlamp by hand, as shown in the video. If you are changing the left headlamp bulb (when viewed from inside the cabin), you may work better by moving the washer fluid inlet tube. Disconnect the connector and open the classic metal clip used in many cars to secure the bulb. At this point, the bulb will come out easily by simply pulling it out. Insert the new bulb, close the metal clip, reconnect the connector, and replace the rear cover.
