How to Make a Table for Your Laptop on the Rear Seat of Your Subaru Outback

Model: Subaru Outback BS, MK 5 - Years 2014-2019

Video tutorial
Detailed instructions - An interesting method to use your Subaru Outback for comfortably viewing your laptop, even under the brightest sun, without straining your eyes to see the screen. See how the video helps solve this problem. Use cardboard to create a template for your work table: test it multiple times to ensure it fits well. Transfer the template to wood, cut it out, and drill 4 holes in the table you have made. Sand it down well. Thread two pieces of rope through the front holes you drilled, making sturdy knots underneath to secure it. Now, using two carabiners, attach the rope to the headrest with a loop. Pass the other end of the rope through the other hole on the opposite side of the table and make a sturdy knot at the right height. At this point, the table is ready. When you need it, simply attach it to the rear headrest. When finished, remove it and clip the carabiners together, taking up minimal space. For light, simply cut out the shape of the window from a reflective sheet and position it when in use.
