How do you replace the exterior mirror on the Subaru Forester?

In order to replace the exterior rearview mirror of the Subaru Forester you must first remove the door panel by removing the fixing screws. Once the panel has been completely removed, it will be necessary to lower the fabric cover below, so as to be able to disconnect the connector at the mirror. Once this connector has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the fixing screws of the mirror and extract it from the outside of the door. A new spare part can then be installed, along with all previously removed parts.
