How do you reset the partial odometer of the Subaru Forester?

In order to reset the partial odometer of the Subaru Forester, you need to turn on the instrument panel by inserting the key into the ignition switch: once it is turned on, you can press repeatedly the button located in the lower right part of the instrument panel until the "Trip A" appears. When this indication and the kilometers traveled are displayed, you can hold down the same button for a few seconds: this way the partial odometer will be reset and you can turn off the instrument panel.
