How do you replace the rear brake pads on the Suzuki V-Strom 1000?

To replace the rear brake pads on the Suzuki V-Strom 1000, you need to loosen the bolts that secure the corresponding brake caliper so that it can be removed from the top of the disc. Once the caliper is detached, you can remove the pin that holds the pads inside their housing, so that they can be completely removed and replaced with new replacement parts. First of all we put our motorcycle on the central stand and start warming up the engine for a few minutes; then unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one; finally unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil, of the right type.
