How to remove the door panel of a Suzuki Jimny? Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine bay. Follow these steps to proceed with the disassembly: use a lever to remove the plastic cover at the corner of the window (if present), then remove the cover of the handle/lever located on the panel. With a screwdriver, unscrew the fastening screws located in the plastic handle. Once all screws are removed, use the lever to detach all the plastic clips that secure the door. Pull the door panel away with your hands, disconnect any power connectors and release cable.
