Before we can start, we will have to go and open the front hood of our Suzuki Grand Vitara. So let's start by disconnecting and moving the sleeves connected to the diesel filter, simply loosening the metal clamps. After that, we will have to unscrew and remove the bolts that secure the diesel filter to its seat. By doing so, we will have freed the diesel filter itself. We then proceed by going to extract the filter from the engine compartment. When we have completed this step, we will have completed the disassembly. To fit the new diesel filter, we will simply have to follow this procedure in reverse, and we will have completed the replacement.

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing positioned on the left side of the bike, so that its cover can be removed. Once this has been removed, you will be able to access the components below, including the battery. The latter must be removed from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the appropriate fixing bolts. In this way it will be possible to insert a new battery, properly fixing it and connecting it to the relative cables, covering everything with the casing.
