Suzuki Swift - Video tutorial

Model: Suzuki Swift Rs41, MK 4 - Years 2004-2010
Part: Car stereo
Operation: Disassembly of the car radio for repair

Using a plastic tool to avoid damaging the body, pry the dashboard air grille and remove it from its housing. Unscrew the sealing screw in the compartment and remove it completely with the aid of the plastic tool. Unscrew the two screws under the compartment that are now accessible and also remove the frame including the air vents, paying attention to the connected electrical cables. Move the vents away for easy access to the radio console sealing screws, which must be removed. Gently remove the console's plastic frame and remove the other four retaining screws. Remove the car radio and disconnect all the connectors of the electrical wiring. Reconnect the connectors in the new car stereo and replace it in the compartment taking care not to pinch the cables. Retighten the dashboard screws, refit the air vent and reposition the grille. Turn on the radio and tune in a station to check if it is working properly.
