To replace the timing belt on the Suzuki Grand Vitara, open the bonnet to access the components located inside the engine compartment: at the front of the engine block, you will find the cover that protects the pulleys and the belt itself. Once this cover has been removed, loosen the nut on the tensioner pulley to reduce the tension: after the old belt has been removed, insert the new one into its place, then cover everything with the panel.
