Suzuki Grand Vitara - Video tutorial
Model: Suzuki Grand Vitara
MK 2
- Years 2005-2015 The replacement of the timing belt of the Suzuki Grand Vitara is done by opening the hood, so that access can be gained to the components located inside the engine compartment: on the left side of the engine compartment, it will be possible to locate a protective panel of the engine block. Underneath it, the belt will be present, which can be removed from the respective pulleys by loosening the central nut of the tensioner pulley: in this way, the belt can be removed and the new replacement piece can be inserted, reinstalling the pulley and verifying that everything functions correctly.

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
