The rear shoes should be replaced when you notice that the handbrake is not functioning correctly; therefore, raise the vehicle and remove the wheel, unscrewing the drum screws to access the brake shoes, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the connecting spring of the shoes and remove the pin to take them off the brake backing plate, cleaning the caliper of any residual dirt; then reassemble everything!
