To reset the onboard computer on the Suzuki Grand Vitara, turn on the ignition by turning the key in the ignition barrel. Once the instrument cluster is powered up, press and hold the button located on the right side of the instrument cluster until the settings appear. Rotate the button to scroll through the menu until "Default settings" appears: at this point, press the button again to confirm the reset, and then you can completely turn off the instrument cluster.
