In order to disassemble the engine of the Sym Orbit 50, you will need to loosen the screws that hold it to its housing: you can locate the engine by loosening the screws that secure the panel in the rear of the footrest compartment and in the lower part of the underseat compartment. Once these parts have been removed, you will need to unscrew the engine support screws, disconnect the connectors, and remove the intake and exhaust manifold; at this point, you can loosen the screws that hold the cylinder head and cylinder, removing them from their housing and freeing the piston from the corresponding connecting rod.
