In this video tutorial we will see the main steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the variator rollers on the Sym Maxsym TL 500 scooter, following the instructions below. First of all, let's disassemble the clutch side cover, unscrewing all the screws, in order to access the entire transmission; after which we remove the central nut of the variator, in order to remove the belt, as shown in the video. At this point we can remove and replace the rollers that we find inside; we just have to reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!

How do i replace the battery of the Royal Enfield Classic 350?

The replacement of the battery of the Royal Enfield Classic 350 is carried out by loosening the screws that secure the casing located on the left side of the bike, immediately under the fuel tank. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to access the underlying battery: the latter must be released from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the fixing screws. After the old battery has then been removed from its housing, the new one can be inserted so that it can be connected and secured.
