How do you replace the Tata Zest timing chain?

Model: Tata Zest MK 1 - Years 2014-2019
Part: Timing belt

In order to replace the timing chain of the Tata Zest you have to go to open the hood, so that you can have access to the components on the left side of the engine block. Here there will be a protection panel that must be removed by unscrewing the fixing screws: in this way you will have access to the chain. To remove the latter it will be necessary to unscrew the screws that fix the chain tensioner and remove it from the pulleys: then it will be possible to insert the new chain, which must be brought back to tension by mounting the chain tensioner. Finally, everything can be covered with the previously disassembled panel.
