Where is the fuse box located in the Toyota Corolla?

The Toyota Corolla has two fuse boxes inside. The first fuse box is located inside the car, specifically under the steering wheel. The second fuse box is located inside the front hood, specifically near the battery. Only the second fuse box has a cover on which amperages and fuse descriptions are listed, on the first fuse box the description should be on the inside of the dashboard that will be removed, in both cases it is still possible to view the fuse legend inside the instruction manual.
