Removing the Steering Wheel on a Toyota Auris

Want to change the steering wheel of your car? Let’s remove the steering wheel from a Corolla. Disconnect the battery terminals; insert the removal keys into the slots at the back of the steering wheel and release the clips to free the steering wheel. Once the airbag is released, disconnect its power terminals and remove it from the steering wheel. Undo the large central bolt and remove the steering wheel from the column. Secure the steering wheel onto the column and tighten the nut, then connect the airbag power terminal and press it back onto the steering wheel (tighten the securing bolts). Connect the electrical terminals and test the operation.
