In order to set the clock of the Toyota Hiace, you need to turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding slot: once the panel is on, you can press and hold the button located at the bottom left of the instrument panel.

By continuing to hold down the button, you will notice that the clock will start flashing and it will be possible to change the time by pressing the button repeatedly; once the correct time has been set, you can release the button and turn off the instrument panel.
