Let's see how to remove the interior rearview mirror of a Toyota Yaris MK3: we will only need a plastic spatula, with which we will lever from the flat side, entering from both sides of the mirror mounting support. After removing the cover, we snap the closing lever, which will allow us to slide the base towards the center of the cabin. At this point, only the metal plate will remain attached to the glass. We will reinstall the new mirror following the reverse path, until we hear a click, which confirms that the mirror has entered properly into its base. Put the cover back in place, and it's done.
