How to Remove the Pollen Filter on a Toyota Prius

Model: Toyota Prius MK 1 - Years 2004-2009

This video shows how to remove the pollen filter on a Toyota Prius. Open the glove compartment and unclip the plastic guides located at the sides of the drawer; rotate the drawer forward until it can be removed. Pull off the cover plate acting as a cap and slide the air filter out of its housing (as shown in the video). Once this is done, insert the new air filter into the filter holder (ensure the filter is inserted correctly without bending it). Finally, refit the cap of the box and all components of the glove compartment as they were removed earlier.
