The T-Belt indicator on the Toyota Hi Lux indicates that the timing belt needs to be replaced, this replacement should occur every 150,000 km. To reset the indicator, we need to press the button located below the display of the instrument panel to access the kilometers and turn off the panel. Press and hold the button until the indicator starts flashing, then press the button several times to update the next service intervals. It is also possible to reset the indicator through an OBD socket and computer for diagnostics in a workshop or at home by purchasing a connector.
