How to replace the external rearview mirror of the Toyota Sienna

Model: Toyota Sienna Xl20 - Years 2004-2010

Today we will explain how to replace the external rearview mirror of the Toyota Sienna produced from 2004 to 2010. We open the front right door and remove the plastic interior panel by applying slight pressure outwards. We pull out the door handle to access the internal screw that, once unscrewed, will allow us to remove it. We continue the removal of the door panel by unscrewing the bottom and top screws using a flat-head screwdriver. The door panel is unhooked and we disconnect the connector. Using a 10mm socket wrench, we unscrew the nut that locks the rearview mirror. We disconnect the wiring and remove the mirror. The assembly process is done in reverse. We position the rearview mirror and connect the wiring, then lock the mirror with the nut using the 10mm socket wrench to tighten everything. We then mount the door panel by connecting the connector and pressing on it to attach it to the clips. We screw in the bottom and top screws and finish by screwing in the central screw of the door handle.
