How to Open the Fuel Tank of a Toyota Prius

Today, we will explain how to open the fuel tank on a Toyota Prius vehicle. To open the tank, pull the release lever located on the front left of the driver's seat. Once pulled, the fuel flap will open. Unscrew the fuel cap counterclockwise to refuel. After refuelling, screw the cap back on clockwise and push the fuel flap closed. If the fuel cap does not open, it may be necessary to spray some lubricant on it and wait a few minutes before trying to open it again.
