How to Remove the Front Brake Pads on a Toyota Yaris

To remove the front brake pads on a Toyota Yaris, position your car on a column lift and raise it to a comfortable height for working. Unscrew the bolts (using a socket wrench or air drill) and remove the wheel. Then, begin unscrewing the bolts of the brake caliper to detach it from the bracket. Use a screwdriver to detach the brake pads. Install the new brake pads with all the associated bolts, tighten the caliper bracket to the disc, and then mount the brake caliper, ensuring all bolts are tightened properly. Before mounting the wheel, bleed the brake caliper if necessary. Finally, mount the wheel with the bolts once the installation is complete.
