Let’s summarise how the air conditioning works in the Toyota Yaris Cross and Aygo X. The main buttons and controls are on the front: AUTO, which is the heart of the system. Pressing it automatically sets the fan speed and activates the air conditioning if necessary to reach and maintain the desired temperature. In the single-zone version, temperature adjustment is made with a dial on the left, while in the dual-zone version, this controls the temperature for the driver’s side, with a similar dial on the right. The "OFF" button completely turns off the system. There is also a recirculation button, useful for heating or cooling more quickly, while the A/C button turns the compressor on or off. It is necessary for dehumidifying the air, even in winter.
