Video tutorial

In the 2018 Toyota Auris, the cover that houses the bulbs illuminating the vehicle's number plate is held in place by a clip mechanism. Therefore, there are no screws to remove; however, you will need a screwdriver to lever at the edges of the cover to remove it from its housing.

If you do not have a screwdriver, you can use a small plastic trim tool. Once the cover is removed, simply unscrew the burnt bulb and insert the new one in its place.

Preferably, avoid touching the bulb with bare hands or clean it with a tissue after installation.
