Removing the Front Seat on a Toyota Yaris

Do you need to remove the front seat to reupholster it or replace it? Here's how to remove the front seat from your Yaris. Move the seat back (using the lever or buttons) and raise the seat base, then unscrew the securing bolts on the front rail using a socket spanner. After unscrewing the bolts at the front, move the seat forward and remove the securing pins from the rear of the rail. Finally, disconnect the power connectors located under the seat. Install the new seat in the car following the disassembly steps mentioned earlier.
