Replacement of Cabin Air Filter

Model: Toyota Yaris Xp10 - Years 1999-2005
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, behind the glove compartment which needs to be removed: press the sides of the door and pull it downwards. You can now see the container for the cabin air filter. Pull out the filter drawer and remove the old filter to insert the new one, ensuring the correct airflow direction. Refit the drawer and reattach the glove compartment door (keep the sides pressed to facilitate insertion).
It is also recommended to sanitise the cabin with a suitable spray.
